Stephen began his career with Saatchi and Saatchi in 1974, becoming MD of Saatchi Sales Promotion (SPA) and then CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications (SSBC) and going on to set up one of the first truly integrated agencies for Publicis/FCB, FCB Impact in 1990. He founded Fox G Henshaw (FGH) in 1993 and Fox Clarke in 1995. The latter became Fox Kalomaski Crossing, in 2000.
